The 3 fields marked ⚠️ do not exist in the source : we add them — a join, a normalisation, or a reconstructed history. That is the part a buyer cannot reproduce by downloading the official file.
What is worth buying is the flow, not the stock
A published register is a state at one instant. What it does not publish is the list of what has just changed : every record carries its date, but nowhere can you ask for « everything that moved since 2020 ». To get it you have to re-read the whole file and diff it — every month.
About 0 placówki a month are recorded. That is the rate at which a snapshot ages, and it is why the subscription is listed first and the snapshot last.

- Change feed — EUR 300 / monthOr EUR 3 000 a year. At every collection, what came in, went out or changed since the previous one. This is the part that does not age.
- One slice — EUR 90 / monthThe feed restricted to a single województwo, for those who do not need the rest.
- Full snapshot — EUR 4 000, onceThe state of the register on the day of delivery, every field included. Listed last on purpose : a snapshot ages.

Alongside free consultation, this site offers datasets prepared from the public register. The pages of the site remain free ; what is charged for is the compilation work — extraction, reconciliation, dating and formatting.
Prices. Prices are shown in EUR, before any tax that may apply depending on where the buyer is established. They may change ; the price that applies is the one shown at the time of the order.
Ordering and payment. No payment is taken on this site and no bank details are entered here. Orders are placed by form or by e-mail ; an invoice is issued separately and is payable by bank transfer. Delivery follows payment unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery. By download link, as CSV and Parquet, with the field dictionary and the collection date. For a subscription, at every collection, for the period subscribed.
What is guaranteed, and what is not. We guarantee that the data delivered matches what was collected from the source on the stated date, and that the fields are those described. We do not guarantee that the source itself is complete or accurate : the register is published by a public body and we do not correct it. The data is supplied for information and does not replace consulting the official register.
If the delivery does not suit you. Tell us within fourteen days. If the delivery does not match what was described, it is corrected or refunded. A subscription can be stopped at any time for the following period, with no notice and no penalty.
Re-use. The underlying facts come from a public register and belong to no one. What you buy is the prepared file : you may use it inside your organisation and in your own products. Reselling the file as such, as a competing product, is not covered.
